4. Service Description

SMSPROF provides an online platform that facilitates access to temporary virtual numbers intended for receiving SMS verification / OTP messages used by third-party websites and apps.

4.2 Intermediary Dependencies

SMS delivery and verification outcomes depend on multiple factors, including third-party platform acceptance, telecom/infrastructure availability, and risk controls. SMSPROF is not responsible for decisions or restrictions made by third parties.

5. Scope, Limits & Prohibited Uses

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Coverage, routing, and delivery performance may vary due to geographic and technical conditions and third-party restrictions.

The Service is intended for legitimate verification/authentication purposes only.

5.1 Prohibited Uses

• fraud, impersonation, or deceptive behavior
• spam or automated mass verification attempts
• harassment or actions that may harm others
• attempts to bypass third-party rules, anti-abuse mechanisms, or verification safeguards
• unlawful activity or violations of third-party terms

If we reasonably believe you misuse the Service or violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.

6. Financial Services Restriction

For compliance and verification integrity reasons, you must not use the Service to verify or access financial-sector accounts or services.

• banking and related services
• payment processors and payment gateways
• cryptocurrency platforms/exchanges
• financial trading, lending, and insurance services
• any other financial entity or service

Using the Service for prohibited financial-sector verification may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

7.2 Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with the rules of third-party platforms where you attempt verification.

8. Payment Terms (Crypto + Card)

Payments for the Service may be processed using methods shown on the Website, including cryptocurrency and card payments(where available). Payment processing is performed by third-party providers under their own terms.

Refund eligibility and balance credits are governed by the separate Refund / Payment & Balance Credit Policy. This Terms document does not override that policy.

9. Refunds & Balance Credits (Reference)

Where eligibility applies under the Refund Policy, SMSPROF may issue refunds as account balance credits, including in cases related to missing SMS verification under qualifying conditions.

All refund/credit decisions are based on service records and the eligibility rules published in the Refund Policy.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or 100% uptime.

10.2 Third-Party Blocks

SMSPROF is not responsible for blocks, bans, or verification failures caused by third-party platforms (including messaging/social platforms) or their risk controls.

10.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMSPROF’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service related to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMSPROF and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from claims arising out of:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• misuse, fraud, or abusive activity connected with your account

This obligation survives termination.

12. Intellectual Property

Content, software, trademarks, and all intellectual property on the Website are owned by SMSPROF or used under permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

13. Service Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Depending on our operational rules, you may lose access to your account and remaining features.

13.2 Termination by SMSPROF

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud/abuse, or if we reasonably need to protect the Service and users.

14. Geographic Restrictions & Sanctions

The Service is subject to laws and regulations related to international trade, sanctions, and export controls. You must not use the Service where access is prohibited by applicable sanctions or laws.

We may require additional eligibility verification and may suspend or refuse service where use appears prohibited.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SMSPROF operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by competent courts where permitted by law, and the parties will attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
